The Rotating-25 Excel spreadsheet creates rotating or fixed shift schedules for up to 25 shifts per day for 25 people for up to 52-weeks. It is ideal for rotating days off in a 24/7 operation or rotating weekend coverage in cases where your weekend needs are different than your weekday needs. Shifts can be any length including the popular 8 and 12 hour shifts as well as lesser used 10 hour shifts. Vacations and vacation coverage assignments are easily assigned to your employees in the vacation planning section. It also has an overtime tally and scheduler so you can easily assign and keep track of overtime hours. It produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 employees. The spreadsheet creates a vCalendar file to transfer schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar for handy reference. The program includes 103 pre-defined 8, 10 and 12 hour shift schedules for your use. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to the number of schedules displayed.
