Previous phrase can be revised to 'ScreenShare tells 1000 words accurately and effectively to the point' ScreenShare is a visual collaboration tool, incidence management, quality assurance and software development tool on captured screen, webpages or background images from imported files with following features.1.STICKY Notes (TRANSPARENT, OPAQUE and threaded discussion with global time stamp), FREE HAND DRAWING, ARROW, STAMP, Box, Circle tools, IMPORT and EXPORT function of Images and PRINT MULTIPLE PAGES. 2.Unlimited number of pages and windows can be created in each file. 3.Preview and print multiple pages with annotation texts and objects. 4.New blank page can be created for fresh illustration without any background image 5.All annotation texts can be searched by a text string, date range, author (DVD eBOOK vs VHS, Paperback search capability) 6.Each file status and priority can be updated and notified immediately to coworkers. 7.Each file can be sorted by author, date created, date completed, status, priority or project in ascending and descending order. 8. SS is tightly integrated with OUTLOOK, OUTLOOK express or MAPI compliant email to send files within SS. 9. In case No default email client software is available, ScreenShare provides its own send email software. Each incidence will be created as a single page or sequence of pages in a file therefore each file can contain many incidences. Status and priority of the file that contains many incidences can be changed and these features can be utilized with project management and quality assurance process.
